I purchased the game over a year ago, and I no longer have the box. Soon enough I received an email stating that they need a picture of the CD key as the proof of purchase. The customer support promptly removed WoW and has directed me to Blizzard media replacement to obtain my CD key back. I mentioned that I do not own WoW and that my SC2 account needs to be unlocked. I emailed Blizzard right away, explaining the whole situation. The only conclusion that I could make is that someone has been using my account. I played SC2 when it came out a year ago, and never again. I immediately logged in to my account and noticed that I have a suspended WoW account (I never had WoW on my account) and a suspended Starcraft 2 account.
